A new window without decorations

I have an implementation of a portal that is integrated with a workflow
engine.  The portal is based on jetspeed 1.4. I would like an authenticated
user to be in a browser window whish does not have the toolbar.  So ideally,
after the user has been authenticated, I would like jetspeed to render the
layout in a toolbar-less window.  Is there a way of accomplishing this
either through PSML or by modifying one of the templates?
