Compiling Batik Example - Thanks Mr DeWeese It is working

You are correct the way I am setting the classpath is wrong. I tried
your way and it is compiling fine.

Uhh, I'm not a .bat file expert but doesn't this just set CLASSPATH to
point at xml-apis.jar? I think you want to do something
like:
set CLASSPATH=d:\BatikTest\batik-1.5\lib\batik-awt-util.jar
set CLASSPATH=%CLASSPATH%;d:\BatikTest\batik-1.5\lib\batik-bridge.jar
Good luck, and do look at ANT or something.
