ApacheOO 3.4.0 creates a huge default profile for every user. The size of the
profile is ~186 MB. It's a problem for multi-user installations. The common
plug-ins are duplicated for each user ( ~\Application
Data\OpenOffice.org\3\user\extensions and ~\Application
Data\OpenOffice.org\3\user\uno_packages).

This is a bad regression after OOo 3.3. Why not installing the shared
extensions in the shared Office layer?
