problem with xupdate2

Hi everyone, i have finally able to run the xupdate example  in the develop's guide but after executing the codes, no error was found but the content of the file that was suppose to change has nothing done to it.and a whole bunch of errors was displyed at the server prompt
 
i hope that someone could help me out.thanks
