Steps to reproduce:

1. Have latest CloudStack setup with at least 2 advanced zones.
2. Go to Dashboard -> Click on any resource -> Zone details 

Observations:

(i) This page doesn't display any capacity information Portable IPs

Attaching the screenshots for the same.

Attaching all the required logs along with db dump.
