if "et" locale is used, configure fails

           Summary: if "et" locale is used, configure fails
           Product: Apache httpd-1.3
           Version: 1.3.26
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Critical
          Priority: Other
         Component: Build
        AssignedTo: bugs@httpd.apache.org
        ReportedBy: kalle@ok.ee

in "et" locale [a-z] is not what it seems, apache configure uses in sed this
exact scope in critical points. which means, that --prefix=/home/www turns
(instead of /home/www) to --prefix/home/www in script, same goes to --with-
layout=Apache, which becomes --with-layoutApache

it annoys, and took me more than an hour to find the problem at first place,
then change my locale, and then everything worked as magick.

regs,
cal6
