   When I try to use the new client with this dockerfile:
   
   ```
   FROM ubuntu:16.04 as builder 
   RUN apt-get update -y && apt-get install wget git curl gcc -y
   RUN wget https://dl.google.com/go/go1.13.3.linux-amd64.tar.gz && \
       tar -xvf go1.13.3.linux-amd64.tar.gz && \
       mv go /usr/local
   
   ENV GOPATH /go
   ENV GOROOT /usr/local/go
   ENV PATH $GOROOT/bin:$GOPATH/bin:$PATH
   RUN mkdir -p /go/bin
   RUN go get -u github.com/apache/pulsar/pulsar-client-go/pulsar
   ```
   I get this error:
   
   ```
