The reason is that the directory that contains the PostgreSQL scripts is called Jetspeed-2.2.0/database/postgresql and not Jetspeed-2.2.0/database/postgres. The directory name is retrieved from the db.type=postgres property in Jetspeed-2.2.0/database/database.properties.
