   ### Summary
   
   `ToolListPagination` is the shared paging helper for list-style AI tool handlers. It had no tests.
   
   ### Changes
   
   - `page` and `pageSize` default to 1 and 20 when absent or `null`
   - Positive numbers pass through; zero, negatives and non-numeric values are rejected with field-specific messages
   - `pagedResult` exposes `items`, `total`, `page` and `size` under a stable key order
   
   ### Testing
   
   `mvn test -Dtest=ToolListPaginationTest` passes: 5 tests, 0 failures (first test for this class).
