it0002 failing - wagon?

I have just it0002 failing on my machine, with a pristine local 
repository. I'm wondering if a new wagon alpha was deployed, or whether 
I've still got a local remnant somehow.

It's a ClassCastException trying to obtain the wagon 
(DefaultWagonManager:58).

This is on cygwin/windows...

Anyone else see it?

I tried it on cygwin and dos, without rebuild wagon and all it tests are ok.
