   ## Please describe your feature
   
   Hi, I noticed that there have something that could be automatically done before committing:
   
   - [ ] Auto prettier;
   - [ ] Auto check commit message;
   
   ## Describe the solution you'd like
   
   I would prefer using [husky](https://www.npmjs.com/package/husky) to do this.
   
   ## Additional context
   
   Due to we put files under the `web` folder (non-root), husky doesn't support this way months ago, please check if it supports it now.
