Place reference to Scout on juddi

Hi Steve,
   do u think it is a good idea to refer Scout on
juddi website, as a means to do standards based uddi
access?  Now that Scout is slowly seeing functionality
implemented, it may be useful to users, over time. 
jUDDI has a larger user base. uddi4j has not seen
updates for a long time. So Scout can become the
default API to access juddi.

Now there was also some person who wanted to build a
Jaxr Browser. He can use Scout.
