[jira] [Created] (ACCUMULO-988) compaction should fail if per compaction iterators are set

Keith Turner created ACCUMULO-988:
-------------------------------------

Summary: compaction should fail if per compaction iterators are set
                 Key: ACCUMULO-988
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/ACCUMULO-988
             Project: Accumulo
          Issue Type: Sub-task
            Reporter: Keith Turner
            Assignee: Keith Turner
             Fix For: 1.5.0

When a user schedules a compaction, if an existing compaction is running with iterators, then the new one should fail. This will avoid odd behavior in the case where two users schedule concurrent compactions with per compaction iterators.
