a quick `git grep DbName |grep -i TableName` uncovers quite a lot of places where the fully qualified {{schema.tablename}} is being produced

and most of the time the Table object is also present which might as well can have a method to service a tableref.

There might be some hidden bugs because of this...because at some places the fully qualified table name is produced earlier...
