DO NOT REPLY [Bug 50806] New: Extra line in running header.

https://issues.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=50806

Summary: Extra line in running header.
           Product: Fop
           Version: 1.0
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: pdf
        AssignedTo: fop-dev@xmlgraphics.apache.org
        ReportedBy: tavmjong@free.fr

An extra blank line is sometimes added in the header in PDF book output. The
problem appears and disappears chapter by chapter, sometimes on the even pages,
sometimes on the odd pages, sometimes on both. Pascal Sancho responded to my
question on fop-users (16 Feb 2011), with the following:

"FOP seems to be wrong here when a marker is used twice.
As a workaround, you can insert an ZWNJ () before the
fo:retreive-marker, that should do the trick (see attached FO snippet)."

His work-around results in correct PDF output.

The problem occurs with both FOP 1.0 and FOP trunk.
