Modify/add component in Hive JIRA

For the new transactions work that went in as part of HIVE-5317 I’ve been using “Locking” as the component for JIRAs.  This work is related to locking, but that label doesn’t really cover all the transaction management being done.  Could we add a label for “Transaction Management” or modify the “Locking” label to be “Locking/Transaction Management”?
