   I think we can deprecate ``maxMessageSize `` to ``maxPayloadSize``, and add  ``maxHeaderSize `` to limit header size.
   after then, we can use ``maxPayloadSize`` + ``maxHeaderSize`` to get ``maxMessageSize`` at internal.
   
   What do you think about it?
