   In 1.0 LTS we switched to Kamelets as base entity for connectors. There is no Salesforce sink kamelet at that  time, today I merged a PR for it on Camel-kamelets repository. It will be different for two reason: it is split in multiple kamelets, one for create, one for delete and one for update.. and second reason it wi have just a subset of available parameters from the component
