Target Version/s: 1.3.0 (was: 1.2.0)
I am managing the 1.2.0 release and we currently have more than 600 issues targeted for 1.2.0. I am moving the target field to 1.3.0.

> When disk is corrupted, the disk may show behavior of hang in accessing data. One of the simulation that can be performed is to set disk IO throughput to 0 bytes/sec to simulate disk hang. Ozone file system client can detect disk access timeout, and proceed to read/write data to another datanode.
