   0.15.3
   
   ### What's Wrong?
   
   I have defined an UDF function called Ip2Num to transform a ip address to a number，i followed the steps of the official website and it goes well. 
   But when i restarted the FE，i found something wrong happen, the UDF function didn't work, and then gave me  a  return "No matching function with signature:  ip2num(varchar(-1)) ".
   Until  i  executed the  sql " show create function ip2num(STRING)" , then it begin to work and give the right answer.
