[~u39kun], patch updated. This patch included some improvements for DN, TT and NM, such as applied batch request instead of several parallel calls. etc.  
So if you apply the patch in https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/AMBARI-4364 and this updated patch AMBARI-4379_new.patch, decom/recom for DN, TT and NM are all there. 
For RegionServer, we are still waiting.
