help regarding integrating soap with Tomcatserver

Sir,

 I am facing problem while integarting Soap with java
                                                      
 Using Java and XML with Apache open source products  
 to build SOAP client and server components on the    
 Internet                                             
                                                      

                                                                            
                                                                            
                                                                            
                                                                            
                                                                            
                                                                            
                                                                            
                                                                            
                                                                            
                                                                            
                                                                            
                                                                            




In the Tomcatserver following message is displayed [ SERVER]:



SOAP Service Manager: Unable to read 'DeployedServices.ds': assuming fresh
start
>(Sun Mar 19 12:06:08 GMT+05:30 2000) Processing SOAP request...

 In the java CLIENT

D:\>java DoReverse

 after invoke

faultCode=SOAP-ENV:Server.BadTargetObjectURI
faultActorURI=/soap/servlet/rpcrouter
faultString=Unable to resolve target object: Reverse

Kindly help me in solving this problem
