[Announce] Excalibur Phase III Released.

The Avalon team is proud to announce the release of the Excalibur
Phase III components.  The mirrors should pick up the changes within
the next 24 hours, so you can see that now.

This means that Fortress 1.0 has been released, along with Lifecycle
1.0.  New versions of Event, Monitor, DataSource, and SourceResolve
have also been released that include the meta information for those
projects that Fortress uses.

You may get the official release from the following URL:

If you can't wait for the mirrors to catch up, you may alternatively
get the new components from this URL:

http://www.apache.org/dist/avalon/excalibur/latest/
