[ANN] Apache Karaf runtime 4.3.6 has been released

The Apache Karaf team is pleased so announce Apache Karaf runtime 4.3.6 release.

This release is an important release on the Karaf 4.3.x series containing:

- upgrade to Pax Logging 2.0.14 with log4j 2.17.1 (fixing CVE-2021-44832)
- prepare JDK 18 support
- fix deployment issue by upgrading to Apache Felix FileInstall 3.7.4
- and much more!

Hi JB,

Great result....

Cleanall works as planned.

Deployer runs any kars or jars in deploy directory at startup.

All my code runs without problem.

Thanks for the great effort in getting 4.3.6 out.

My karaf debian package has been upgraded to 4.3.6:

In addition to the karaf version upgrade, I have un-embedded the OSGi
framework and is using the debian packaged OSGi framework, since that is
currently version 7.0.0 in debian stable.

(I had to start embedding the OSGi framework when upgrading karaf to
4.3.x, since the debian packaged OSGi framework back then, was 6.0.0).
