    QUARKS-2 has the template that should be used for getting involved, see a recent comment from Kathey. This file should just be replaced with the template modified for quarks.

    That's probably the correct link. The template seemed to have all the places it expected replacements.

    I think everything from Contribute Code onward needs to be updated to reflect being at Apache. I don't know much of the information so it might be best to merge this and then have someone else edit. I think @kathyssaunders wrote the original document, so could maybe help with updating this?

    I have gotten rid of the getinvolved.md in favor of community.md based off of the template mentioned in QUARKS-2. 
    
    The Contributing link currently points to a general Apache site: http://www.apache.org/foundation/getinvolved.html We will want to update that in the future. 
    
    I have tested and all links go somewhere.
