[pool] Changing build.xml to get commons-pool.jar instead of "Apache Tomcat.jar"

Hi,

I have tried to build pool from TC and I think the name of the jar of pool 
should follow the commons naming rules. 
(jarfile="${dist.home}/commons-${component.name}.jar").
Therefore I want to change the build.xml to build commons-pool.jar.

Any comments?
