### What happened?
`common/workflow-core/src/main/scala/org/apache/texera/amber/core/workflow/PartitionInfo.scala` declares the polymorphic Jackson subtypes via `@JsonSubTypes` on the sealed `PartitionInfo` parent. The annotation registers `HashPartition` (`hash`), `RangePartition` (`range`), `SinglePartition` (`single`), `BroadcastPartition` (`broadcast`), and `UnknownPartition` (`none`) — but it does NOT include `OneToOnePartition`. Jackson can therefore not deserialize a payload whose `type` field selects the OneToOne case; the round-trip is broken for that subclass.
### How to reproduce?
```scala
import com.fasterxml.jackson.annotation.JsonSubTypes
import org.apache.texera.amber.core.workflow.PartitionInfo
val annotation = classOf[PartitionInfo].getAnnotation(classOf[JsonSubTypes])
annotation.value().toList.map(_.value().getSimpleName)
// List(HashPartition, RangePartition, SinglePartition, BroadcastPartition, UnknownPartition)
// — OneToOnePartition is missing from the registration set.
```
