[JXPATH] Release plans

Hi,

it looks like I've been to fast with my minimum Java update on JXPath.
Probably because I've only waited for the people how are usually all for
upgrading to a later JDK (*waves at Gary* ;-).

So here's my plan for JXPath 1.4.

1) Revert the following commits:

http://svn.apache.org/viewvc?rev=1716243&view=rev

2) Find a way to test the build with Java 1.4 on Mac OS X (maybe using a VM)

3) Push out JXPath 1.4 RC1

4) Upgrade to Java 7 after release of JXPath 1.4

Again, everybody is welcome to help polish this release, since I'm not too
familiar with JXPath at the moment.
