Have a look at the attached screenshots. You will see that the connector has a
small arrow. When opened with Batik the arrow disappears and leaves an empty space.

If the marker is meant to be visible, then there is a problem with the SVG
as it is generated by Visio.  The contents of the <marker> lie outside the
viewport established by the marker, and overflow="visible" isn't set on the
marker.  See http://www.w3.org/TR/SVG11/masking.html#OverflowAndClipPropertie
for more details.
