[~yuan_zac], Thanks for the patch. It looks good to me. Some comments:
1. Can you add some words in the "Prerequisite" of QuickStart.md? Guide the user to build the image of their own or get the prebuilt image we provided.
2. In InstallationGuide.md, we can use this in the worker/ps command string instead of duplicate it.
"--data-dir=%input_path% --job-dir=%checkpoint_path%"

[~sunilg], I think it's ok that we add ASF License to cifar10_utils.py. And I want to get this patch in for 0.2.0 release. Thoughts?
