[jira] [Commented] (AIRAVATA-3460) Cannot create a new Directory in storage with spaces in the name

    [ https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/AIRAVATA-3460?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel&focusedCommentId=17343615#comment-17343615 ]

Marcus Christie commented on AIRAVATA-3460:
-------------------------------------------

The new logic in AIRAVATA-3420 for creating a directory creates a safe name first, adding underscores for spaces and such. The requested directory with spaces doesn't exist and that's the reason for the error.

> # In [https://custos.testdrive.scigap.org/workspace/storage/~/] tried to create a new directory.
> # Gets the error "File does not exist at that path."
> # But when refreshed, the directory is actually created with an underscore repacking the space.
> # User should not get this error, as it gives the impression the directory didn't get created.
