    Reconcile the two download pages and modernise them
    
    This repository carried two download pages from different generations: the
    root page in the current form, and the module page still on the 2014 mirror
    form with the checksum and KEYS links pointing at www.apache.org/dist, which
    has been a 301 to downloads.apache.org for years.
    
    The module page also advertised maven-resolver-demos-${project.version}-source-release.zip,
    which has never been released -- maven-resolver-demos ships inside the maven-resolver source release
    and has no source bundle of its own. It now points at the maven-resolver bundle that
    actually exists, and says so, rather than at a URL that 404s.
    
    Both pages now use the form the rest of the Maven estate uses. The rendered
    download.html keeps the same headings and generated anchors on the root page.
