wsdl not generated

when I try  to see the wsdl in the browser using the url I specify for my
client I see a blank screen.
 does that mean wsdl is not generated ?

Or click on the "view source" option in the menus to view the raw xml.

You will get this with some browsers - for instance on Mac Safari renders
wsdl as a blank page, while Firefox displays it correctly.

Try saving this "page" to a file and opening in a text editor to see what
are you getting or just simply display the source.
