[website] can we delete the jbake-site branch?

Hi,

I have updated the https://github.com/apache/incubator to indicate
that commits to the master branch now trigger the website build and
publication.

Do we still need the jbake-site branch?

I don't think so, and if I'm correct I suggest deleting it to avoid confusion.

We might also delete the old-master branch unless someone thinks it's useful.

I have renamed that branch to UNUSED-jbake-site now.
