ERROR---servelet(action) initiation error

Hi,

1)I am using weblogic 7.0 sp2 ans struts 1.1.3b version

2)When i start my weblogic server the following error is getting
recorded.....basically the action servelet is not getting loaded and it is
throwing  servelet exception ........

3)I am trying to deploy the same application which is present in lesson 3 of
the followeing URL
	http://www.reumann.net/do/struts/lesson1/step14

Any Help is Appreciated
