   The default sound quality is really bad (8kHz sampling rate).
   
   Please add an option to let us change the EncodingBitRate and SamplingRate.
   
   Android Example:
   `this.recorder.setAudioEncodingBitRate(192000);
   this.recorder.setAudioSamplingRate(44100);
