[jira] [Commented] (ACCUMULO-1346) deleterows should take a -r
option

Drew Farris commented on ACCUMULO-1346:
---------------------------------------
It appears as though we could refactor the command-line handling in {{ScanCommand}} (possibly its children), {{CompactCommand}}, {{FlushCommand}} and {{DeleteCommand}} in order to handle {{-r}} or {{-b}} and {{-e}} arguments in a common fashion.
I need to take a look at what Eric's done in ACCUMULO-745, because it would be great if the solution wasn't too different for 1.5.x and beyond.

> deleterows only allows an exclusive begin row and an inclusive end row. This is difficult to use for deleting a single (large) row. It would be nice if a user could specify -r, similar to scan.
