setting up a 2.0.3 release

I realized a couple of things for apache 2 were left out of the corresponding
files for Apache 1.3 in Rivet 2.0. I found it out doing a quick comparison of
the rivetCore.c and mod_rivet.c files. 

I think the missing code is not specific to apache 2 and should be ported to
Apache 1 without fuss.

I also thought that this could be a chance to port to 2.0 the new 'abort_page'
command. Code is simple, it doesn't break anything and offers something new to
a developer. 

I've just created a new 2.0 branch to prepare a 2.0.3 release to be published
in a few weeks, then we should declare the support for Apache 1.3 terminated
and remove the Apache 1 code from trunk.
