[GitHub] [arrow-datafusion] andygrove opened a new issue, #2370: Introduce `SchemaError` error type

**Is your feature request related to a problem or challenge? Please describe what you are trying to do.**
Rather than returning errors with strings such as "No field 'foo'. Valid fields ...', I would like to have a new `DataFusionError::SchemaError` variant that returns a strongly-typed enum with the various schema error types. This will allow the caller to better see what type of error happened.

This will also probably be slightly more efficient in the cases where we expect errors and then ignore them since we will no longer be building up strings.

   **Describe the solution you'd like**
   As described.

   **Describe alternatives you've considered**
   None

   **Additional context**
   None
