Bug fix for http_protocol.c

Another stupid thunko on my part --- send_http_header was forgetting
to note that the body had started for HTTP/0.9 requests, with the
result that HTTP/0.9 requests weren't getting bytes_sent correctly
logged.   The fix is trivial:
