hi [~vkulichenko] , I’ve been trying a few things locally but I’m afraid I can't find a workaround for this. The ‘download’ attribute only works with same-origin urls, and since these are mirrors, it will be ignored.
As far as I know we can't control the headers for the mirrors, right? If we can, I would suggest adding a rule on an .htaccess to force the mime type of the binary file. 
Another alternative could be adding an extension to the file, so the browser can detect the mime type automatically: [https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/HTTP/Basics_of_HTTP/MIME_types/Common_types]
I would suggest renaming the binary to ignite.sh. Not 100% sure it would work though, It'd depend on the mirror server config.
