Subversion binary size ?

Hi,

CollabNetSubversion-client-1.6.6-4.win32.exe
    is 3 times in size than
CollabNetSubversion-client-1.6.5-2.win32.exe

Is that correct?
Any reason?

Questions about binary packages of Subversion should be directed to
the provider of the binaries.  In this case, CollabNet:

It is true that the package is roughly 7 MB bigger now.  The package
now includes an optional piece that will notify of you updates to the
package and allow you to download them.
