Error: Non HTTP response code: javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException
Hi Jmeter users,
Hope you are doing well today.
When I ran a test in Jmeter, I got the following error message. Updating SSL did not help on this issue.

Could someone please help to take a look?
Thank you so much!
Best,
Simon

Posted by Dmitri T <gl...@live.com>.
1. Use OpenSSL tool <https://www.openssl.org/> to identify what HTTPS
protocol is being used and what cipher suites are accepted
2. Add *javax.net.debug=ssl* line to /system.properties/ file
<https://www.blazemeter.com/blog/apache-jmeter-properties-customization>
and look into JMeter's console to see what protocol and cipher suite
is being used by JMeter
3. Basically you need to configure JMeter (or underlying JVM) to send
the request using the same protocol/cipher suite as the application
expects. It might be the case your application uses some protocol or
cipher which is not enabled in Java's policies so you may want to
inspect jre/lib/security <https://java.com/en/configure_crypto.html>
folder of your JDK installation
