why cleanSyncRemoveInfo every 24h?

Hi ofbizians

we noticed the EntitySync CleanUp made by the recurent service , is this a
just for a cleaning reason ?

Because this can be problematic if a sync isn't made every day . This is our
case our client will be doing his syncs manuelly.
I guess we should desactivate the automatic cleanup and activate it only
once a sync is done .
