When testing a dutch translation I noticed that for the
dropdown box for "Document visible in navigation"
the prompt, nor the answer are internationalised.

Actualy the prompt is not even present in the cmsui.xml file
but is hardcoded in
.../build/lenya/webapp/lenya/pubs/default/lenya/xslt/authoring/create.xsl
not using the <i18n:text> element.
