[Fedora's `trafficserver` RPM repo](https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/trafficserver/blob/d8dfde2879/f/dead.package) links to [FESCo issue #2080](https://pagure.io/fesco/issue/2080), which mentions unsuccessful attempts to contact the package's maintainer, @janfrode, followed by a vote to orphan the package.

   Either

   * The EPEL section should be removed from the Getting Started page, or
   * Someone could go to https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/trafficserver and adopt the package.
