m_pool.get() is null in DefaultThreadPool.getWorker().

I think is affected by recent pool changes.
20011122 version of excalibur,scratchpad ThreadPool works fine.
But 20011227 version of excalibur,scratchpad ThreadPool throw 
NullPointException.

Is there nobody have a solution for this?
I don't find reason.
Try to run avalon-demo with current cvs version of excalibur.
Phoenix log file attached.
