### Problem
The CLI can export and import a Session bundle (`session-export`, `session-import`) and resume one (`--resume <id>`), but there is no way to discover which Sessions exist without opening the TUI or Desktop. A script, or someone working over SSH on a Runtime Host machine, has no way to find a Session id.
### Desired outcome
A `maka session-list` command that prints the Sessions of the local Runtime Host, or of a saved remote Host profile via `--host`, newest first. It should have a human-readable table by default and a `--json` mode (one JSON object per line) for scripts, with `--archived` and `--limit` options. Subagent Sessions are not listed.
### Alternatives or workarounds
Open the TUI or Desktop and copy the id by hand. `session-export` needs an id up front, so it cannot help with discovery.
I have an implementation that reuses the connection and catalog reader `maka run` already uses, so no Host protocol change is needed, and I plan to open a PR for it.
