[GitHub] incubator-tinkerpop pull request: lamda cleanup

    lamda cleanup

    Removed/Replaced almost all of the remaining lambda samples from the docs. The only lambdas left now are those in ```.map()```,  ```.filter()```, etc..
    Moreover ```.fold()``` and  ```.sack()``` doesn't seem to make much sense without lambdas.

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

    $ git pull https://github.com/dkuppitz/incubator-tinkerpop docs

Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:

    https://github.com/apache/incubator-tinkerpop/pull/12.patch

To close this pull request, make a commit to your master/trunk branch
with (at least) the following in the commit message:

    This closes #12
