[jira] Created: (GERONIMO-954) Assembly doesn't clean itself every time

Assembly doesn't clean itself every time
----------------------------------------

         Key: GERONIMO-954
         URL: http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/GERONIMO-954
     Project: Geronimo
        Type: Bug
  Components: buildsystem
    Versions: 1.0-M5
 Reporter: Aaron Mulder
 Assigned to: Dain Sundstrom
    Priority: Critical
     Fix For: 1.0-M5

Previously, every time you built the assembly module it deleted the target/ directory first.

After the most recent changes, it does not do that any more.

I think it was better before. Now you can end up with things like a stale catalina directory and multiple copies of each entry in the config-store, which all make their way into the output ZIP.
